About the Presenters
Tyler Durham serves as the Managing Director for Ketchum Change, Ketchum’s change management, employee engagement and workforce communications consultancy. Tyler oversees the global network of change and workforce communications consultants in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Tyler has over 19 years of leadership, communications, strategy and business transformation experience aiming to unleash the potential of business, brands and employees. Prior to his work with Ketchum, Tyler spent several years at Deloitte Consulting. He focused on leadership, change & communications with a primary focus on global mergers and acquisitions, including working on WorldCom’s emergence from bankruptcy and merger with MCI – at the time the largest corporate bankruptcy in U.S. history.
Tyler began his professional career as an officer and an Airborne Ranger in the U.S. Army’s Armor and Military Intelligence Corps, primarily in Europe and the Balkans. He has an MBA with concentrations in Human & Organization Performance and General Management from Vanderbilt University and a BA in History from Wake Forest University. He is currently attending Omnicom University’s Senior Management Program, a two-year executive education program in partnership with Harvard Business School and Babson College.
Jacqueline Baron works as a Senior Consultant, based in Chicago, leading Ketchum’s change efforts for the Midwest region. She has worked with a variety of organizations in B2B, CPG, and the food and wellness industries, including ConAgra Foods, Kellogg Company, PureCircle, Solae and WhiteWave Foods. . She has a strong background in building innovative communication strategies and social media campaigns.
Since joining Ketchum in 2008, Jacqueline has worked with large companies to improve employee engagement, increase communication effectiveness and successfully execute strategic change programs. Recently, she led a robust, year-long employee engagement and internal communications campaign that championed Kellogg’s “From Great Starts Come Great Things” campaign for the London 2012 Olympics. The program roused employee support and understanding and was honored with an Excellence Award in the multi-audience communication category as part of IABC’s 2012 Gold Quill Awards.
Prior to joining Ketchum, Jacqueline worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide where she coordinated and implemented public relations programs for Tropicana, Lipton Tea, Johnsonville and Sam’s Club, among others. She earned her Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (Chicago, Ill.) and has a B.A. in Public Relations from Ball State University (Muncie, Ind.).
