Kirsten Lambert has wielded her pen in communications and marketing for almost 30 years. For the past 15 years she has plied her trade as principal of Watermark Communications, which helps corporations and nonprofits connect with their audiences using traditional and nontraditional media. Before launching Watermark, Kirsten honed her skills at Chicago-area organizations such as Kraft, Budget Rent a Car, the Chicago Sun-Times, and The American Orthopaedic Association.
Ed Duffy is a strategic communications professional who helps organizations “bridge the gap” from where they are today to where they want to go — whether that gap relates to a marketing, training, or change-management initiative. As a result, the organization’s story becomes more authentic, the audience comes to better understand what’s expected of them, and the organization’s goals and objectives become more easily achieved.
Kelly K. James escaped from the law in 1997. Since then, the former attorney has authored/ghostwritten more than 20 books, including “Six-Figure Freelancing: The Writer’s Guide to Making More Money, Second Edition,” and more than 1,000 articles for 60-plus national magazines.
