His experience encompasses working with traditional and non-traditional employees in operations\, insurance and information technology roles in both English and Spanish for State Farm Insurance Companies and one of the nation’s largest Blue Cross Blue Shield plan groups. \nRobert has proven experience consulting executives and maneuvering within complex organizations to help engage employees and lead change. While with Edelman\, he has supported clients including AstraZeneca\, Citadel\, Consulate Health\, Dover-Knowles Corporation\, Hewlett Packard\, Pfizer\, Votorantim Cimentos and Victory Park Capital. Prior to his current role\, he helped lead change and engagement efforts at Blue Cross Blue Shield regarding healthcare reform\, a new company purpose and the acquisition of an additional Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. While at State Farm Insurance Companies\, Robert increased engagement amongst non-traditional employees within a virtual customer support group. He was also responsible for leading communication and change efforts for new product launches\, multi-cultural growth strategies and a department consolidation. \nRobert holds a BA in Communication and a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas at El Paso\, and a MA in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University. He is active in the community\, serving on the board of a nonprofit and volunteering with a local animal rescue. \nAndy Liuzzi\, Senior Vice President\, Crisis and Risk Management\, Edelman\, Chicago \nAs part of Edelman’s Crisis & Risk Management practice\, Andy serves a hybrid role\, helping global clients with proactively mitigating issues and risk as well as working on long-term reputation management strategies. Andy’s background includes: strategic counsel and execution across a broad range of operational\, strategic\, and crisis management engagements\, high profile litigation assignments and comprehensive public strategy campaigns. \nAs the US Crisis lead for Edelman’s Data Security and Privacy practice\, Andy’s work includes engagements within the healthcare\, retail\, financial services\, higher education and technology industries involving cyber attacks\, hacktivists\, lost devices with sensitive information and IP theft. \nAdditional crisis engagements span a variety of other industries including food\, consumer products\, technology\, financial services and retail. In addition to his public affairs work\, Andrew also led the Army’s news bureau program designed to serve as a virtual newsroom for Army-focused news and events\, including executive positioning of senior Army leadership and extensive management of video production shoots. \nBefore working on the U.S. Army account\, Andrew worked on several technology clients\, including B2B marketing company Planetfeedback (now Nielsen BuzzMetrics) and Sageo ¾ Hewitt Associates’ online health benefits web portal. In addition\, Andrew has experience on several other high-profiles clients including Procter & Gamble\, the United States Postal Service\, Nike and General Motors.
