1. Why should you think about entering the competition?
The IABC Gold Quill Award Program offers the opportunity for you to distinguish yourself, your work and the work of your team. In addition, if you win a Gold Quill, you can earn recognition internationally for best practices in business communication.
2. Who can enter?
The Gold Quill Awards are open to members and non-members of IABC.
3. What work can you submit?
We’re looking for the best examples of thought leadership, strategic management, creativity, resourcefulness and successful solutions across the globe.
4. Need help preparing your entry?
If you haven’t previously won a Gold Quill, consider asking for a mentor. The IABC Gold Quill Mentoring Program will pair you with a past winner, judge or Accredited Business Communicator (ABC), who will give you feedback on how to prepare and improve your entry.
5. What are the deadlines?
Early-bird deadline: 28 January 2011
Final deadline: 4 February 2011
6. Want to learn more?
You can find more information about the Award program in the Call for Entries brochure, which will be mailed to members this month. You can also view program details, including how to request a mentor, online.
