About the presenter: Scott Healy has more than ten years of experience in executive management, digital strategy, resource planning and economic development. At Gagen MacDonald, Scott has counseled numerous clients including The Hartford, General Electric, and pharmaceutical giant Lundbeck. Before joining the firm, Scott was CEO of one of Connecticut’s largest business improvement districts, a public-private partnership designed to revitalize downtown New Haven. Under his leadership, the organization launched a series of online marketing campaigns and innovative crowdsourcing initiatives that rallied local and national businesses around a revitalized brand identity for this once-moribund city. A graduate of Yale University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Scott applies principles of community design to companies at a crossroads, helping clients discover digital and in-person opportunities to align employees around an overarching business strategy.
