IABC/Chicago is partnering with a new student chapter at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to connect students with communications professionals. The goals of the program are to aid students in their transition to a professional career – building their networks, applying to and obtaining internships, resume review and so on. Mentoring can be formal or informal and the time commitment can be as little as 30 minutes per month. As a mentor, you have a unique opportunity to offer your ear and expertise as students explore the world of communications.
The program will kick-off in January 2016 and will close by May 2016.
