Emily Kehinde headshotOur keynote speaker, Emily Kehinde, Senior Consultant at ROC Group, will share how a multi-faceted employee communication campaign helped raise awareness and educate Electric Boat’s workforce about the importance of achieving and sustaining productivity goals. She will cover:

About the Communication Need
Electric Boat is one of the nation’s oldest and most respected shipbuilding companies responsible for the design, construction and support of nuclear submarines for the U.S. Navy. In 2014, a contract to construct new submarines meant doubling their workforce, engaging new employees and increasing production each quarter while meeting cost, quality and schedule commitments – an unprecedented demand.
