Last updated six years ago, IABC Chicago’s bylaws lay the foundation for our organizational structure, volunteer board, voting and more. While most of the bylaws remain the same, we have updated the language to be less formal, ensured alignment with IABC’s Code of Ethics, and restated our meeting structure from Robert Rules of Order to a consensus model — reflecting what we actually use in practice.
