WorkingBetterTogether facilitated an insightful Coffee Club discussion for IABC/Chicago on Wednesday, December 7, as they discussed the opportunity to bring intentionality to our holiday parties — or any event where we are meeting and mingling with colleagues and coworkers.
Chris Thomas, Joe Natal and Julius Spates introduced us to the opportunity to have deliberate ambiance in our gatherings, specifically by creating positive commonality. If we can deliver an experience that unites people and creates that energy, then we have not just held a holiday party or employee meeting, but we have intentionally created an experience and hopefully a lasting memory.
