Liquid Change, a Ketchum Change Management Workshop

Join IABC/Chicago on January 21st for a presentation from Ketchum’s Managing Director Tyler Durham and Senior Communications Consultant Jacqueline Baron on their company’s change management initiative Liquid Change. Attend the luncheon Thriving Through Liquid Changesm and assess how liquid your organization is. Shape the flow of organizational change and achieve sustainable business success.
As part of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
– participate in Ketchum’s Liquid Change diagnostic tool
– analyze the results, and
– create a tangible action plan to help individuals and business units become more liquid
