“Yes, and” is perhaps one of the most practical and direct applications of improv in the workplace. It’s also commonly misunderstood. Many people think “yes, and” means you have to agree with everything and there’s absolutely no room for conflict. Incorrect! “Yes, and” is a powerful leadership tool because it allows for affirmation and collaboration: two major traits in today’s leaders. So how do we incorporate “yes, and” into workplace culture and leadership communications?
Learn to apply the principles – and not to mention the fun(!) – of improv comedy to help create stronger relationships, foster more productive collaboration, and unlock more powerful creativity for your team.
This will be an interactive event where you will learn how to build trust and confidence in yourself and others all while having fun and a good laugh!
