Back in May IABC/Chicago came together to to host a networking event and talk about crafting your leadership brand with Alyssa Cox, BlueSwift Consulting. This December, we’re bringing Alyssa back to dive into how to put that leadership brand to move beyond subject matter expertise to direction-setting leadership, sitting at the center of strategic decision-making.
All leaders have a brand – the defining characteristics of their leadership style that characterize both how they operate and how they are perceived. Taking the time to articulate that brand for yourself is a key first step in living into that brand with intentionality and ensuring that the way you are perceived aligns with your values.
